- Boxing training for beginners
Boxing is the art of confident people.
The classes will help you get in touch with this type of martial arts, lead an active lifestyle and strengthen your character.
Today we will dispel popular misconceptions about boxing training for beginners.
Misconception #1: “Boxing is a traumatic sport.”
During the first classes you will be taught how to defend yourself and move correctly. We use protective equipment: mouth guards, bandages, gloves and helmets, which reduces the risk of injury. Training is conducted under the supervision of an experienced trainer.
Misconception #2: “Beginners are put into sparring with experienced athletes.”
First, you need to master the basics of boxing: defensive techniques and punching techniques. Boxing is not a fight, but an intellectual sport, and classes are held under the supervision of trainers.
Misconception #3: “At my age, it’s too late to take up boxing.”
Although we recommend enrolling children in boxing school between the ages of 8 and 10, you can start at any age.
