Thanks to our well-thought-out training and motivation, children enjoy attending classes and sparring.
The boxing section for children starts at 8 years old, and for kids with good physical fitness – at 7 years old.
How are the training sessions going?
- The first lesson includes gymnastics with elements of boxing, adapted to age.
- Each lesson begins with a warm-up and coordination exercises.
- After — practicing the technique of strikes, movements and defense.
- Training strengthens all muscle groups, develops endurance and attention.
Our goal is to instill a love of boxing and help children become stronger in every sense!
Regular monitoring of progress
Before the start, the trainer conducts a physical fitness test. Regular monitoring helps track progress and adjust the training plan.
