Stages of kickboxing training for children:

  • Preliminary training (5-6 years): Classes are held in a playful manner, focusing on physical training with elements of stretching and acrobatics. For children aged 7-9, striking techniques and aerobic exercises (running, jumping rope, working on a punching bag) are added, as well as strength training (push-ups, squats).
  • Special training (10-12 years): Training is aimed at improving physical performance. At this age, work in pairs and conditional sparring begins, as well as participation in competitions.
  • Improving skills (14 years): Classes become more intense and specialized. Exercises for muscular endurance and reaction speed come to the fore, the number of competitions increases.
  • Advanced specialization (15 years): The main focus is on physical characteristics, development of individual style and tactics, analysis of skill level and correction of weaknesses.
